On-Campus Internship Course
This course is a compulsory course for second grade students. In the course, students create their own one-day special dinner party according to different groups, and invite teachers and classmates to have a wonderful lunch together on the day of the dinner party. During the course, students need to use their creativity and creativity to think up various meals, menus, and layouts for the banquet from scratch, plan the meal production process, serving process, etc., and learn communication skills such as cooperating with others, and cultivate future careers in Ability to work in hospitality and hospitality related areas.

Off-campus Internship Course
This course is a compulsory course for third grade students. The students will be divided into two groups for half-year internships in well-known domestic and foreign companies in the first semester and the next semester respectively. They will learn different things according to the sending unit and cultivate their own execution ability and ability to deal with problems.

Operation Management Course
This course is a compulsory course for third grade students. The students will be divided into two groups, one in the first semester and the other in the next semester, while the other group of students will go to off-campus companies for internships. Different from the second-year on-campus internship, the scale and time are more challenging. You will work with your classmates to plan a restaurant and run it for three weeks. In addition to creating menus and meals, you also need to plan meal delivery methods, checkout, delivery and other services, and learn marketing, cooperation, planning, service, management and other abilities during operations.
